What You Will Do

Educate clients about Medicare, identify their unique needs, and match them with the perfect plan.

Build meaningful client relationships while guiding them through the enrollment process.

Consistently hit sales goals and track your progress.

Stay updated on CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) rules and regulations to ensure compliance.

Stay current with carrier certifications for carriers we offer; including but not limited to: Aetna, Anthem, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Wellcare, and Zing.

Share best practices with peers and support a high-performance sales culture.

Must-Have Credentials

Valid Health Insurance Agent License in your resident state (REQUIRED).

2025 AHIP Certification required, unless you completed your 2026 AHIP.

Reliable, hard-wired high-speed internet, dual-monitor setup, and strong computer skills.

Confident phone presence and genuine drive to help clients.

Experience Requirements

Prior Medicare sales experience preferred.

No experience? In-office training is available if you live near Boca Raton, Florida.

Nice To Have

Multi-state licensing or willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

At least one year of experience selling Medicare Advantage plans.

Carrier releases on hand, but not required.
