Must-Have Credentials
• Active Health Insurance License (REQUIRED).
• 2026 AHIP Certification (REQUIRED).

• Professional phone presence, attention to detail, and strict adherence to CMS compliance.
Experience Requirements
• Prior Medicare experience is a plus but not required – training provided.
• Familiarity with SunFire, TLDialer, or similar systems is helpful.
Nice To Have
• Multi-state licensing or willingness to add states.
• A track record of following scripts and documenting precisely.
